FLORENCE, S.C. — Five home runs for the Stingers as Florence-Darlington Technical College defeated USC Union 18-2 at Dailey Field.
The Stingers totaled 16 hits on the day, highlighted by a standout performance from Jake Little, who launched two home runs and drove in a team-high five RBIs. Tristan Strickland also made a significant impact at the plate, recording two doubles and a home run while scoring three runs. Gabe Herold added to the offensive surge with three hits, including a home run, and two RBIs. Diego Garcia contributed two hits and drove in three runs, while Pat Costin rounded out the home run tally with a two-run shot.
On the mound, Jackson Mullen earned the win, throwing four scoreless innings while allowing just two hits and striking out two.
