FLORENCE, S.C. — Abby Quick pitched a one-hit complete game to lead Florence-Darlington Technical College to a commanding 14–0 victory over Surry Community College.
Florence-Darlington delivered an impressive all-around performance, combining dominant pitching with a powerful offensive showing. The Stingers totaled 13 hits in the win, highlighted by home runs from Keira Bell and Hayleigh Atkinson. Bell led the offensive effort with three hits, four runs scored, and two RBIs. Atkinson added a home run and drove in four runs, while Skylar Dymond played a key role at the plate with two doubles and four RBIs as Florence-Darlington built an early lead.
Quick was equally dominant in the circle, allowing just one hit across five innings while striking out two batters to earn the shutout. Florence-Darlington's defense backed the performance with a flawless outing in the field, committing no errors.
