FLORENCE, S.C. — Olivia Goforth recorded four hits to lead Florence-Darlington Technical College to a 10–2 victory over Surry Community College, completing a doubleheader sweep.
Florence-Darlington powered its way to the win with a strong offensive performance. Goforth led the Stingers at the plate, going a perfect 4-for-4 with two RBIs. Skylar Dymond and Rylee Port also delivered productive outings, each collecting two hits and scoring two runs. Payton Melinauskas contributed three RBIs and added a double to help drive the Stingers' offense, which consistently capitalized on scoring opportunities throughout the game.
In the circle, Keira Bell pitched a complete game, allowing two runs on five hits while striking out five batters over five innings. Bell received solid defensive support behind her, as Florence-Darlington committed just one error in the contest.
