Lady Stingers Earn 10–2 Victory Over USC Salkehatchie
ALLENDALE, S.C. — Keira Bell pitched a complete game with three strikeouts, and Kai Pace added a home run to lead Florence-Darlington Technical College to a 10–2 victory over USC Salkehatchie on Saturday.
Florence-Darlington Technical College earned a decisive 10–2 win over USC Salkehatchie, powered by a strong all-around performance. The Stingers recorded 12 hits and played error-free defense, maintaining control throughout the contest.
Rylee Port led the offense with three hits and three runs scored, while Payton Melinauskas contributed a double and three RBIs. Kai Pace added a home run and two RBIs, and Olivia Goforth chipped in with two hits, an RBI, and two runs scored. Makayla Huggins also drove in three runs to support the offensive effort.
In the circle, Keira Bell delivered a complete game performance, pitching six innings while allowing five hits and two earned runs. She struck out three batters and issued one walk, effectively limiting USC Salkehatchie after the opening inning.
