SUMTER, S.C. — Keira Bell delivered a standout all-around performance, leading Florence-Darlington Technical College to a commanding 14–5 victory over USC Sumter.
Florence-Darlington Technical College powered its way to the win with an explosive offensive showing, totaling 18 hits on the day. Bell paced the attack, going 4-for-5 with a home run, a triple, and three RBIs. Payton Melinauskas added to the surge with a home run and three RBIs, while Hayleigh Atkinson contributed four hits, including two doubles, and drove in two runs. Mandy Wells also played a key role, recording two hits and three RBIs.
In the circle, Bell was equally effective, pitching a complete game to earn the win. She allowed five runs on five hits while striking out nine. Despite committing two errors defensively, Florence-Darlington limited USC Sumter's offense, holding them scoreless after the second inning.
